Who is Fenix Deck Builders?

After 20 years in the deck industry, I have served as a deck builder, home remodeling contractor, manufacturing executive, and distribution business development specialist. When I saw the opportunity to create a company that delivered customers not only a great deck but knowledge about what they are buying, I decided it was time to build again. From understanding the very origins of materials, the process in which they are manufactured and distributed, and the understanding of how to install correctly, has given me the opportunity to make sure our customers make informed choices for their projects.

Our Process

Professionally Installed Deck Spaces for Single Family Homes

The Quoting Process

Once your inquiry is received, we will reach out and schedule a consultation. We ask that anyone making the choice to invest financially in your deck space to be present during the consultation. We want to make sure that everyone’s design ideas, materials desired, and overall goals can be achieved during the consultation.

During your consultation, we will discuss your needs and create a conceptual design which will be accompanied by an estimate for your deck space. Fenix will provide you with all the details and the next steps to install your deck space. We have a legally binding contract that protects both parties, full design where applicable, and payment terms. Your project will be scheduled during the first meeting once you have decided that you’d like to work with Fenix. Fenix accepts checks and cash as well as all major credit cards with an added processing fee.

Install Process

Fenix installers do not rush through work. When you make a commitment to us, we will tentatively schedule your installation within a designated time frame. We always ask for flexibility, because we do not bounce between jobs. Crews are assigned to projects and stay until completion. We will give you the same dedicated service as our customer before you, which is to be at your home uninterrupted until the project is complete.

Because of our dedicated crew that stays at each job site for its entirety, we aren’t always able to schedule a specific start date until the project before yours reaches the completion. Although we always try to avoid delays, there are several factors can cause delays in deck construction: such as weather, material availability, change orders, etc. Once we start your project, we will be there every day possible given the weather or other circumstances until it is done. You will be informed every step of the way.

We use email, phone and text messaging to keep you up-to-date and informed. We will always do our best to reach out to you in your preferred method of communication. We are here to make your deck space perfect.
